Korean Milky QQ Bun



材料:
500g Korean QQ Flour
40g Milk Powder
20g Cheese Powder
90g Butter
50g Black Sesame
150g Egg
75g Cold Water



做法:
1. Put all ingredient in Termol Mix, Mixed well ... 10 Sec/S.P.4
2. To Knead, 1 Min/Knead
3. Hand dip oil easy to roll dough. 30g each.
4. 170C Bake for 25 - 30 Minutes
5. Every 5 minutes, spray water on top buns. Spray for 3 times.
6. After that bake for 10 minutes again.
